As an experienced Motion Graphics expert, you will lead the creation of best‑in‑class motion graphics across social, web and promo. You wil develop concepts, visual treatments, storyboards and animations through to polished delivery ensuring every asset is on‑brand, engaging and optimised per platform. Set the creative bar for the team, mentor designers and animators, embed best practice, quality‑check output and keep the production pipeline sharp.

The Motion Graphic Designer develops and creates animated content and elements that enhance how Lifeway communicates across a wide range of ministry areas—including marketing campaigns, curriculum, camps, live events, and internal initiatives. This role designs motion graphics, bumpers, standard opens, lower thirds, and templates that uphold brand consistency, support storytelling, and deliver trustworthy experiences.
